SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times vary depending on the choice of item. With almost all items being handcrafted we do not provide a set ship time for all orders. If you have any questions about ship time please message me before you order. I try to get orders out as quickly as possible. 

 

On average your order will be shipped from my facility within 14 days from date of purchase or before. 

You will receive a email with tracking once your order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

The only time we will accept returns or send refunds or replacements is if your items arrive broken or you receive items you did not order. We will not accept returns on custom orders. Please double check all custom options, spelling, colors, etc.… before checkout.
 
For any damaged products, reach out to us within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. If you are still able to use the damaged products, we will not issue a refund or send replacements.
